Nathan Ford, Esq. is a solo practitioner that practices corporate law, real estate law and name, image & likeness law (NIL). Licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, with a deep understanding of complex transactions and regulatory frameworks, Nathan provides strategic counsel to individuals, businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs looking to navigate the legal landscape with confidence.

Nathan began his career as an associate in the New York office of a prominent global law firm where he successfully advised clients on high-stakes M&A deals, structuring transactions to maximize value and mitigate risks. He represented buyers, sellers, and private equity firms in negotiations, due diligence, and contract drafting, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with regulatory requirements. He also specialized in private fund formation, advising investment managers, venture capital firms, and private equity funds on fund structuring, regulatory compliance, and investor relations.

Nathan earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from Rutgers Law School where he was a member of the Minority Students Program and the program coordinator for Street Law.
